Refund Policy

Qualifying returns and refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:

A. The wrong item was shipped to the customer.
B. The wrong color or size of a particular item was shipped to the customer.

Should you need to return a product for the aforementioned reasons, a return authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained. Packages without an RA# will be refused delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, which will be reimbursed with inclusion of a valid tracking number and receipt.

Due to compliance with health and safety laws/pharmacy/DME regulations, and for the health and safety of our customers, we maintain strict security over our inventory to avoid contamination or product tampering - thus products we sell are not eligible for exchanges, returns, credits, or refunds once removed from the original packaging. Be assured you will never receive a used or otherwise opened product from us.

We regret the strictness of this policy, but require it maintain the hygienic integrity of our warehouse and all the products we ship. This policy allows us to offer competitive prices for the benefit of our customers, and ensures that used product is not restocked and sold.
